CEIBS Full-time RA Job Opening
CEIBS was the first business school on the Chinese mainland to be accredited by both EQUIS and AACSB. Currently, there are 83 faculty at CEIBS. From 2018 to 2022, a total of nearly 536 cases have been developed and 550 papers have been published, including 120 articles in the core journals of the Financial Times (FT) and 41 articles in A* Publications.
Research staff have played an invaluable role at CEIBS over the years as the school continues to boost its research capabilities. Many later go to pursue PhD programmes at top-tier schools, with about 26 enrolled over the past 2 years.

Location: Shanghai Department: Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management, China Europe International Business School Work Type: Full-time TA
Key Job responsibilities 1. Assist in research design and research process management, including writing research notes, searching and summarizing literatures, preparing research related materials (e.g. questionnaires, interview outlines, and other instruments), and organize survey and interviews; 2. Assist in qualitative and quantitative data analysis; 3. Assist in other academic works, such as sorting reference list, and coordinating proof reading, etc.; 4. Assist in preparing teaching materials (e.g. PPT, in-class assignments, mark sheets and questionnaires); 5. Assist in classroom (attending and observing during class, grading of students’ work, compiling feedback report and answer questions); 6. Other tasks assigned by the professor and Dean’s Office leaders.
Job Requirements 1. PhD or Master degree inrelated field such as OB HR or management field. 2. Fluent in English and Chinese 3. Familiar with quantitative analysis software like Stata, SAS, C++, SPSS 4. Ability to manage multiple projects 5. Good skills in MS Word,Excel, and PowerPoint. 6. Familiarity with library sources and database; 7. Excellent Chinese and English reading (& writing) ability 8. Proficient in academic literature search via on-line database or library resources.
