还有一个月不到就考作文了，我才开始写呢，一点思路都没有，折腾了一上午才写出这一篇来，中间还查了一些单词，大家给一点建议吧，应该如何改进，谢谢了!bow !  我是新手，请多关照：）

Which education is a more effective education? I think that a good education is to enlighten people finding answer to some question. It is true that education should think of the diversities among students, but it is not to say only when education is specially designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student, then it will be truly effective.

Since not all the education-takers know which they are really interested in and what they really need, it isn't wise for educationalist to only meet the individual needs and interests of each student. Take primary students for example, most of them come to school with little knowledge about their curriculums, so they may be don't know which subject they are interested in. How can we know what they need? For first-year students they even can't read and write and don't know what a mathematic class will provide them with. So some general curriculum should be designed to provide them with some basic knowledge. Moreover, for primary students they maybe even don't have the ability to choose right from wrong, may be what they are interested in are not good to their development. It is necessary for teachers and parents to tell them some general moral norms and conduct them to the right way. In these situations, however, education shouldn't or no need to meet the individual needs of each student.

Nowadays education faces so wide a group, it is difficult for educationalist to meet each student's needs and interests. Educational resources are limited, there aren't enough teachers to cater to the individual needs and interests of each student. If we only meet some special students' needs, it is unfairly to other students. Much basic knowledge is suitable to all the students and students have many common features, so we should set many common curriculums to cater to most of the students' needs especially in the basic educational moment. Many students taking the same course in a big classroom also have many merits, such as making chances for students to communicate each others, teaching them to cooperate with others which are also a very important ability in their lives. By taking this method we can also achieve our educational aims.

However, it is also important for educationalists to think of each student's individual character to give different advice. Every student is different from others and has different interests with others, so we shouldn't take them as the same. For example, when I was a in my middle school, most students are very clever and gain high scores in their common courses. There are also some students who are not good at common courses such as mathematics, physics, but they are good at music or painting. So our teachers take different demand to us. For art students the teachers don't ask them to gain high scores in common courses and set some art courses for them. I think that is good for all of us. If schools don't think of the students' different and give us the same education, it will be unfair to us.

Therefore, to meet the individual needs and interests of each student is also very important. For some high grade students who have known what they need, we should specially design some curriculum to meet their needs and interests. There many departments in universities. It is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of different students. After taking many years of education, students know what they are really interested in and want to do further research on. Thus only courses are specifically designed can cater to their individual needs and interests.

In sum, education should firstly think of the common needs of students and then consider some individual interests of each student. There are also many other ways to make education to be truly effective except by meeting the individual needs and interests of each student, such as teaching student to cooperate each other, teaching them how to learn, moral education, etc.
