There are more and more discoveries in our era.Some of them are discoveried by experts and others by beginners.Which ones have made more discoveries?Experts or beginners?Maybe someone will say "experts of course",for the reason that experts are the people who have done the researches on the subjects much longer and circumspect.They may have more experiences and better equipments than beginners.But I should say that beginner is more likely than the expert to make important discoveries for they have intense curiosity about the unknown and great courage to try new things and they are highly motivated an enthusiastic people who are eager to establish their career and fame.

First,beginners who are doing researches have much more curiosity about the unknown and courage to try new things,which the experienced experts lacks.When beginners make a start on something,which is totally new for them,they may have great interests in it because of their curiosity about it.On this way they may find something that the experts may not find out.Therefore,they have greater chances to make important discoveries.In contrast with the beginners,the way an experience expert see one thing may be more conservative,because they have known the thing for a long time,they have gone so numb about the thing that they may go without noticing some important discoveries,which the beginners may find out.

Second,experts are the people who have won their career and fame.They have achieved what they want in their lives,so they may not have enough motivation and enthusiasm to do their researches,followed by which is that they may failed to put heart in the research and find nothing.On the opposite,beginners are highly motivated and enthusiastic people who are eager to establish their career and fame.Maybe they will have trouble,but they are so enthusiastic to  overcome difficulties.

Although beginners have some advantages over experts,we can't ignore the research ability and fluential experiences experts have.After all they have swam in the sea for a really long time.They know what should be paid much attention,what mistake to avoid and how to.Which can not be comparible with beginners.

To sum up,if the world needs beginners to make more discoveries,it also need experts to do rigid experiments.
