如果你熟悉R语言（需要会R的Shiny功能），且至少有一个以下技能，请带上你的简历直接申请： (a) Rasch model and other IRT models using R, (b) Advanced quantitative data analyses using Mplus, (c) Development of a Computer Adaptive Testing platform, (d) Research on Automatic Item Generation, (e) Using AI for research in social science, and (f) Building a website from the installation of the Linux system to application deployment.
       
如果你熟悉Mplus高级研究方法分析，比如知道用multilevel SEM、CFA、EFA、平行分析，且可以在面试前自学RShiny也可以报名试试。
