Issue154 Both parents and communities must be involved in the local schools. Education is too important to leave solely to a group of professional educators.


I strongly agree with the speaker's assertion that a group of professional educators contribute to education as well as parents and communities. In this information explosive era, people are becoming more inclined to be success in the contemporary world which replete with fierce competition and endless challenges, especially for the expectation of parents to their children. Undoubltly, the most efficient way for younger generation access to achievement-oriented is through education to acquire knowledge and take incessant pragmatical training in the relevant communities. And I will put forward to detailed discussion as following.

First and foremost, we should pay attention to the key role that professional educators play in fostering our younger generation. In the long journey of learning, professional educators instill us numerous knowledge from empirical science to aesthetic arts, which shapes our erudition, and get a comprehension to the universal society. Their usher us to a mysterious realm which is full of weird and  miracles, interesting and dangerous， enlighten our enthusiastic of study, cultivating our initiative and creative as well as critical thinking，impart us moral and ethical behavior. They are the expert educator, they deeply know what we need to study and to improve, then can tutor us a health way. We do benefit a linvaluble suggestion from professional educators.

In the second place, we should not ignore the significant contribution of involvements of parents to the local school. Parents are the closest kinship to their children which they spend too much time on in daily lives. At the nascent time of children with education, it is who their parents nurtured and cultivated them, and soundly know their interests and drawbacks, their can send feedback information to the school which is so curtail to the school that educators can accordingly conform  to the case-to-case study. In addition, the throng which take best care for the youngsters is their parents, if parents leave their children solely to a group of professional educators, it is more likely that students would become more inclined to self-indulgent with less restriction, in the case of which the educators pay much more attention is their students' study, not the trivia, the after-class tasks is inevitably committed to parents when their children are not able to self-decided. Therefore, in this sense, parents should involve in the school education.

Last but not least, when we come to education, we should also shed light on communities. There is no brilliant achievement can a school access if it aliened the community. Community and school are interdepended. There is a tendency that youngsters are more accessible to the public, thus, a healthy and safety community environment insofar can greatly affect education quality. Suppose, if the community which the school associated with is frequently reported criminals, lag economy, shakable social order, how can the school go along with normal education? On the other hand, it is effective only when the empirical theory was put into practice, consequently, community is the very place that can contributes to training and experience.

In conclusion, when we come to achieve education in an effective way, we should take into consideration of parents and communities as well as a group of professional educators. Only with the joined-efforts of them, can local schools   education fulfill their noble mission.
