你的硕士现在是在读嘛？硕士GPA大概多少？我感觉你的硬实力并不是很强，你本科背景不是很强，而且硕士的学校BU也并不是什么多么顶级的工科强校。

GRE还不错，托福如果够用的话也不需要再考。你得看看你目标院校的要求。

我这边没有看到你的软实力。你有什么research experience吗？或者跟专业有关的实习？你的推荐信是谁帮你写的，是国内的老师还是BU的，你的推荐人跟你关系好吗，了解你吗？申请博士，当然也要看硬件和GPA，但是，也要看软件。如果有missing information，可能很难给出一个稍微准确的定位。
