However, this argument is untenable for several critical flaws.
Firs of all, since the arguer makes a claim about Cheeses of the World's subscribers in general, the people sampled for the survey should be able to represent all subscribers. From the survey, quoted in this argument, however, we find no sign for such procedures for random sampling, and have good reason to doubt if the sample is representative enough to reflect the general attitudes of all its subscribers as a whole. Moreover, there is no guarantee that Cheeses of the World's subscribers  could represent people's attitudes in general, maybe its circulation is very little and only those who are interested in domestic cheeses completed and returned their questionnaires. Thus the arguer fails to demonstrate that the survey could reflect the general attitudes of all people in country.
In addition, the mere fact that the five best-selling cheeses at  newest store were all domestic cheddar cheeses from Wisconsin does not necessarily imply that people love domestic cheeses in general. It is likely that the domestic cheeses are very cheep because of their debut, but after the sales promotion, the price will be normal and their customers will be fewer. Furthermore, even if domestic cheeses sell well all the time in their newest stores, they are not representative enough to reflect the general situation all over the country.
Finally, even if domestic cheeses sell well all over the country, it does not ensure that it will improve profits to stock primarily domestic cheeses. Because the competition maybe drastic, thus its price will be slower and slower.
All in all, the argument is not well reasoned because the evidence cited in analysis does not lend strong support to what the arguer maintains. To make it logically acceptable, the arguer would have to demonstrate that the survey could reflect the general attitudes of all people in country. Additionally, we would need more information about the sale of domestic cheeses all over the world.
