However, when confining to the individuality and conformity, in my point of view, although conformity is required, individuality will play a more crucial role in the pursuit for personal economic success.

To begin with, the cognition of individuality will be of great help for a person to find his place in the society so as to establish his or her self-confidence, which is important to those who are desire for personal economic success. In the contemporary society, individuality, independence and personality are getting an increasing emphasis. Admittedly, there are a huge number of people, who introduce themselves as which country they are from, in which school they are studying or which kinds of briefs they believe in. However, the consequence results from all of these above will probably be the loss of the diversity of personality and the lack of self-confidence of the public. However, to pursue an success, including an economic success, they should firstly, believe in themselves that they are unique, they have their own place in the world, which will guarantee they possess a gritty stamina and steely nerve to hold on and overcome even the most difficult problems in the process of seeking for the economic success.

In addition, the emphasis of individuality will stimulate people to devote to the work and make every effort to seek for a better development for their enterprises. In the aspect of economy, there are numerous sophisticated businessmen throughout the world. How to become an outstanding one among them is a thought-consuming question. Thanks to the individuality, those people with great determinations for economic success will pay their most attention to the work. Meanwhile, to struggle for a more market share, they will make every attempt to promote their products and increase their profit.  Take the contemporary society for example, in most shopping malls, there are various kinds of televisions, most of the best-sellers have their own characters. For instance, some of them are well-known for their good quality, some are famous for their energy-saving and some others earn their reputation for their satisfactory service. It is not easy to conclude which is the best; nevertheless, they win their large number of consumers following. In this sense, all of them are successful.  

Admittedly, the spirit of conformity is necessary in the process of pursuing for personal economic success. It is apparently that to pursue the economic success is extensive project, which is almost impossible for an individual to complete, even the most intelligent one. A wise businessman is always an effective leader, who has the capacity to obtain the loyalty of a group of the most excellent employees, because without the cooperation and devotion of all the employees, it is hard to beat his competitors.
