Job Responsibilities:

This position would be an excellent fit for someone looking to strengthen research skills before applying to PhD programs in behavioral sciences broadly construed (e.g., psychology, consumer behavior, organizational behavior etc).

Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:

1.  Assist in research, including literature review, conducting experiments both online and offline, analyzing data, coordination of research projects, etc.

2.  Assist in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation, class coordination and other logistic coordination.

3.  General administrative tasks, including budgeting, correspondence, etc.

Job Requirements:

1.  Master students with research experience in social psychology, consumer behavior, marketing or management would be preferred.

2.  Familiarity with designing and conducting online experiments. Proficient at using related online platforms such as Qualtrics, Prolific, MTurk, or Credamo.

3.  Familiarity with quantitative research methodology, including data collection, cleaning and analysis. With experience in using analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R or Python.

4.  Students with basic programming skills are preferred.

5.  Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity.

6.  Excellent English reading and writing ability.
