Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Channel Manager to achieve the primary goal of improving offline channel sales performance. Handle daily coordination with major offline retail partners (such as Mannings, Sogo, City’super, etc.), including but not limited to: sales enhancement plans, shelf space negotiations, follow-up on promotional resources, channel relationship management, product display optimization, as well as gathering market insights and competitor data.
- Conduct regular store visits to maintain strong relationships with store managers, secure better product placement, monitor inventory levels to ensure stable supply, verify the completeness of POP materials in display areas, and provide optimization suggestions.
- Support brand-owned store operations, including but not limited to in-store sales planning, product displays, promotional campaigns, and inventory management.
- Master brand and product knowledge to conduct product training for purchasing departments, sales staff, and temporary promoters at pop-up events across various channels, aiming to boost sales performance.
- Handle channel-related documentation, including purchase orders (POs), delivery notes and invoices.
- Assist in the execution of offline and PR events related to channel partnerships.
- Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by the manager
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
- Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset, strong adaptability, and excellent communication/negotiation skills.
- Strong time management abilities, organized and detail-oriented, with a results-driven approach.
- 1+ years of B2C sales and marketing experience, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese required for daily work). Mandarin is a plus. IANG holders are welcome.
- Experience in the health, wellness/nutritional products, or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Prior work experience with Hong Kong offline retail channels is a plus.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
