In the first place, let’s pay attention to a piece of news:

When a lady was being operated on to pick off the tubal loop, the doctor told her that a surcharge of operating costs was necessary by virtue of the sleazy Lippes. Since the unexpected extra charge was in negative of the lady, the doctor had the gall to leave half of the loop on the lady’s oviduct.

The news lead to a kickback and heated discussion in social circles. One of the topics is about the position of domestic medical system, whether profitable or nonprofit?

It is undoubted that medical institutions are motivated by public benefit and have a group of special customers who entrust for safekeeping their health and life. A popular viewpoint indicates that nonprofit medical institutions tend to actualize their worth better than profitable ones, for it is subsidized by the government in order to exhibit devotion to medical care. As a matter of fact, the profitable medical institutions run better than nonprofit ones as a result of market economy. They devote to nationwide medical care for financial gain and struggle for better medicine, medical work in a multidirectional campaign. Furthermore, doctor is no more than a professional career.  All the medical workers have their own self-seeking maneuvers and can not shoulder the heavy burden of public health. Thus, the reasonable settlement is going in for public benefit motivated by own profit, like construction of profitable medical system.

is this a real life event??? It's beyond my wildest imagination that a doctor would subject his patient to such cruel and abominable treatment.
