关于体检内容，学校的答复是.......

看到网上不少F1体检时，除了完成学校体检表里的要求外，还外加医院方面的其它一些项目的检查，再有一个《国际接种防疫证》什么的，觉得好复杂，于是写信问学校：

1. Is it OK if I just fill in those forms and have a doctor sign it ? Any specific requirement for the doctor? Or do I need to include all those supporting documents?

How you get the form done is up to you.  As long as as doctor verifies the information as true, and signs it, it is acceptable.

2. I am going with my wife. She has got her F2 visa. Does she need to undergo the same process, with the same requirement?

We do not require anything for your wife, unless she is going to be a student.

照这么看，

1,我们是不是只需要完成学校的体检报告就可以了，而不需要再做医院方面的其他检查，而且连那个防疫证也省了吧。

2,不过好像也有人说，其他的体检内容和体检表是给美国入境处看的。但我奇怪的是，如果F1还要做其他的体检，为什么F2什么都不用呢？还是说F2不用向学校提供，但入境时还是要提供其他的体检结果？？？

请前辈或知情人指点！
