关于出关及转机请教

1。 出关的机场受到获得签证的地点限制吗？比如我从上海获签证也可以从北京或沈阳走吧？

2。 今天打电话问机票时，问其在美国转机好还是东京转机好，接待小姐说还是东京，因为到了美国，转机时要求把行李等东西自己取出重新托运等等。

     想向了解的人问一下，是这样的吗？

1. Visa is the permission of your entering U.S. I do not think you need to depart from Shanghai only because you get your visa in Shanghai. If you are still not sure, please contact custom.

2. You have to claim your luggage in U.S custom because you enter U.S, therefore you have to pick them with you. In Tokyo, you do not need to pick your luggage because you actually do not enter Japan and you do not go through Japan custom.
