非常抱歉,这么晚才来汇报,因为将近毕业, 杂事太多, 东奔西走,才有空过来.

另一道是minority language
argument: 什么河变臭了, 居民都不去那休闲了.现在河清理了,来休闲的人肯定很多, 所以居委会要拨款.
