我也问了PSU了，得到的回信和tcm的一字不差，所以五月只是所有申请者的最晚日期，还包括美国国内的，别的信息一点都没有。

Congratulations! You have been admitted to our program for fall 2006. Unfortunately I do not have any information just yet regarding assistantships. We will be making financial offers in the next couple of weeks so for now you have been admitted without financial assistance but I will let you know as soon as decisions regarding TA / RA positions have been made.
