what should i do

I have been an exchange student sudying in Japan for half a month.
People here seem polite and kind.  But i remember the first day i came here asking them let me send a e-mail to my parents by internet. Since their keyboard of notebook is so different from ours, I ask the secretrary where the @ is, and after that I heard they said `chinese is a fool`. though I donnot know Japanese at all, but i heard that English so clearly,and its hard to tell what i felt at that time.

Yesterdey, I did PCR in their lab. But since its the first time i did it by myself, I made mistake of the order while doing. The second time i felt sad and losing face for Chinese.

And now I really do not know how to confront that Japanese. Maybe what i learned in China is so little and simple, but the result is be looked down here by Japanese.

what should I do?

The invidious treatment you encountered in Japan is the same obstacle that Japanese people face in China. What I am driving at is, elimination of unreasonable prejudices between the two nations is the only way to affirmatively approach and solve the problem. My adice for you is that try to ignore the national discriminations and learn not to treat your Japanese friedns in the same way when you are back in China.

that's a way too mild I think. There are plenty of things you can do:
1. the next time you hear"Chinese is xxx", you should go and confront the guy who said this face to face and ask for an apology, if not, you should tell this to the officers of the international office at the university you are staying now.
2. Be confident, try to really achieve something and prove your individual ability and most importantly, as a Chinese.
3. Learn from the Chinese guys who have already stayed in that university for some time and ask for advice.

i agree with him.

While i was in sydney, i faced almost the same thing. People there treat japanese politely but not the same to us. You are in japan so i do think what you do is only keep studying hard and try to be excellent. You will be the boss of them one day and do whatever you want.

everything will be better, if you want to change it.
As a matte of fact, I am always thinking why I choose to go aboard. Although a lot of my classmates go to the USA, it doesn't mean that there is no way to go in China,why. I think if I were you, I won't go to Japan. Since you have already been there, I hope you don't pay attention to those japanese. You will do better, which is no doubt.
What I want to say is that : come back as soon as possible, may be Japan isn
't a good place for us...
