  The speaker asserts that government should preserve publicly owned wilderness areas in their natural state, even though these areas are often extremely remote and thus accessible to only a few people. It might be temping to agree with the speaker on the basis that the human culture threatens the wildness areas, even though only a few people. However, I fundamentally agree with the speaker.
  In the first place, even a few people can cause damage to the areas whether these areas are extremely remote or not. People are in power of controlling the environment, they can protect it or they also can damage it for their recently interests. To benefit from the nature largely, people can do anything they can. When the natural environment which is full of rare animals and uncommon plants is near the human being, then the doomsday of the peaceful natural land will come—people will arrest the animals and destroy the plants for their own interests. The cupidity of people never decreases as the natural treasure further away from people. They will come behind the natural wealth no matter how far it is. For example, a kind of antelope whose horn and hide is extremely expensive lives in southwest of China where accessible to only a few people, for the sake of money, some people come to the peaceful land to arrest the antelope, then the number of the antelope decreases rapidly.   
  Secondly, we can not foresee the damage to the large environment that bring about by the little damage to these areas—are often extremely remote and accessible to only a few people. People may think that only a little damage to the environment is does not matter to the large environment, but they ignores the problem that little by little damages day by day can cause the destroy to the nature beyond our imagine. Several years ago, there was no people pay attention to the exhaust gas which lead to carbon dioxide rises day by day which causes the global environment problem greenhouse effect finally nowadays. In the same way, there was large amount forest in the northeast of China, but now, how many forests are still remain there? Yangtse River is the maternal river of Chinese where was full of all kinds of fish, after waste water was pouring into the river, the amount of fish is lower and lower year after year.  So even a little exhaust gas and waste water can cause severe destroy.   
  Finally, without government’s protection, even the remotest wildness will disappeared in the end. Government is the forceful department which can legislate to limit behavior of human being. In order to protect the public wildness, the government should focus on the wildness problem, in particular, the areas which are often extremely remote and accessible to only a few people. Then those who rush to the natural treasure would be punished and the wildness will be preserved well. For example, some effective laws have been used to protect the forest, the river and rare animals who are the host of wildness areas. In addition, the government can also take some action to preserve the wildness areas, such as the guarders in those areas.
  To sum up, in order to protect publicly owned wildness areas in the natural state, the government should take action to this protection, even though these areas are often extremely remote and accessible to only a few people.
