我觉得现在模考成绩很不稳定，0310的还好5 4 3  ；今天刚做的0401就可怕了13+1+7
这几次都是一块做好一些一块又差了的，不知考试时会怎样

还有就是作文每次都会写超时3-5分钟，大概300字以上吧，根本没时间检查，这个怎么办呢，除非不写第三段了

时间不多了，首先要把语法阅读稳定住，总结错题原因
听力0401是比较BT的，不必太在意
作文一定要写完首先，现在每天都练练，套路熟了就不会超时了

北工商是分东西两区的，不过我已经记不清哪个东哪个西了
我在比较老的那个区，一座老楼，6层，语音室，30人大概
耳机很清楚，外面也不吵
监考一共3个，很和善的2男1女，跨区偷看基本不管（要掌握尺度）
不过我两个同学在另一校区，听说监考不太够意思，有人去WC了录音机居然都不停
其实这是个例了，考场也不算是决定因素，最重要的是实力哈~

18. What are some important qualities of a good supervisor (boss)? Use specific details and examples to explain why these qualities are important

    Some of my classmates want to be a boss in future.All what they are learning and doing is that they prepare for the goal. They always ask me that they should have what qualities of a good supervisor.My guess is that many qualities like confidence,sence of humor,hardness are indispensable.

    On one hand, if someone want to be a boss or a CEO confidence is necessary.A person who is not believe himself or herselfis not able to do anything well.Confidence is important to everyone especially to a boss.If a supervisor has lost confidence ,his or her subjects would have been hopeless. Maybe confidence cannot give people money or time,but it will give people chance to win,to beat opponents.In addition,it will let others believe you.

    On the other hand, the sence of humoris an important quality as well.The sence of humor can keep people happy.A humorful boss is always more successful than a humorless one.Becaus he is emable to relax not only himself but his staff. As the scientific reasch which has been done by some unversities,people will be efficiency in good moods and relaxing enviroment.But about 77percent of workers are feel nervous about their bosses or supervisors.Many famous boss such as Gazi,Pansonic and so on are humor How is the sence of humor important.

    Last but not least,working hard is also necessary.KongZi who is an  ancient scholar told people,'what you cannot do,that you do not let others do".Only when a boss work hard,would the staff work hard.A lazy boss cannot be regarded as a boss and his staff will leave him alon.

    In closing, a successful supervisor or boss ought to work hard,be full of confidence and the sence of humor. Although many more qualities are also indispensable,what I above-mentioned are essential.
