Issue 51 education will be truly effective only when it is spectifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.

Whether education will be truly effective only when it is spectifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.Indisputably,the truly needs and interests are important elements lead to success.And at present, the education may really ignore the needs and interests of  students.Yet,it is obvioused that only pay attention to the needs and interests of individuals can not lead to effective education.

Albert Einstein pointed out that interest was the best teacher. Education must attach importance to the truly interests and needs of students, as the purpose of education is training person with various abilities for the society.If education pays less attention to the interests of students,it is impossible for them to do their best in the society after they graduate from school.If only emphasize the scores of the students in the school,the whole society may lose many elitists ,because they must pay more attention to how to get more scores when they are in the schools.All that make them who will be elitists have no more energy to do anything such as giving an impetus to invent something.Nevertheless, we will not have another Einstein .

In all conscience,education should designed to meet the individual needs and interests does not mean that the school must educate each student on the base of his or her needs.One reason is that we do not have so many teachers,aslo the education resorces are limitied ,such as the equipments of the interest-team.But we have too many students and interests for the teachers to teach.Another reason is that the students can not make a estimate of what is his(her) interest.It is difficult for everyone to decide his own interest.As we growing up,the interest may change.it is the commen phenomemon in the world,as all we know, the famous astronomer Copernics change his interest to astronomy from medicine.in colleges,there also many students change his major subject.

Further more,if we undue emphasize the interest and needs of each student,the inordinate educational administration will be emerged.First,all the teachers should attend in a advanced studies in order to adapt in the new needs from the students.Even if some students do not interested in mathematics ,the school need to change their math teachers,etc.it is obvious that the whole edcation systerm will be in hot water,then the education will bring trouble to the society.concequently,the education maybe effictive when it is designed to meet the needs and interests of each student moderately.

In summay,the speaker’s assertion that education will be truly effective only when it is spectifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student begs the question,because wether it will be effective have not been proved.instead,if only the needs and interests of each student are emphasized,the education systerm will have too many troubles to deal with.Therefor,on the contemporary era,the students’ needs and intersts should be designed in education,but that is not the only effective way.
