Recently,it appears to be a much-debated controversy whether to support or oppose a project of building a large factory near our community.Some people share a belief that such a project is of more disadvantages than advantanges.However,in contrast with their points of view,I prefer to support the project after seriously pondering the cost-profit analysis,a study that compares the cost and benefits of a project.

First of all,let us consider the benefits of this project.On a personal level,not only will the project decrease the unemployment rate but also increase our incomes.(主题句中用倒装是不是不好？)On the one hand（是这样用的吗？）,a newly-built factory is in a large need of employees to operate gradually,which can not be satisfied by its parent company.So it will probably employ local workers because of their relatively lower labor cost.On the other hand,it is anticipated that some supermarkets as well as restaurants come along with the factory considering the potential future profits.Likewise,they also provide a variety of career chances.As a result,our income is likely to increase.

To take the ideal further,on a broader level,（我没见过这种用，不知可以吗？）the project will definitely promote the economic prosperity through the following effects.Firstly,it stimulates our consumption.According to some economic researchs,it seems that the more we earn,the more we consume.Secondly,it augments our investment.As a matter of fact,buiding itself is an item of investment.Thirdly,it increases the tax income in condition that the factory obtains profits.As a general rule,all of the above are of great benefits to our economic prosperity.

Nevertheless,as a proverb says,”every coin has two sides.”,the project intrinsically has its cost,or disadvantanges,especially involved in the environmental problems.The factory,unfortunately,tends to bring about a range of pollutions,such as unbearable noise,exhausted gas,smelly sewage,and so on.However,I believe that those problems can be reduced of a great degree if we take action promptly.

In conclusion,the result of the cost-profit analysis depends on our own personality and fondness.As far as I am concerned,I think the benefits of this project substantially exceed the cost.So,I support the plan to build a large factory near our community.
