1.B没有问题吧，选A的话，如果把has看成助动词，if句就没有谓语动词。如果把has看成动词“拥有”，has not。。。。。用法也不对，应该是has no。。。。。
2.who是一个多余的连词。句子里面只有一个谓语动词served，不需要连词。
