When it comes to our modern education, children's socialization is a sensitive and crucial issue upon which contemporary pedagogues discussed most frequently. Admittedly, how children are socialized do have an indispensable influence on the prosperity of society, nonetheless, it is just one of various ingredients of the recipe of society's destiny. In my point of view, the way in which we raise children is appropriate depends on some other factors other than children's socialization.

Turn first to my agreement with the speaker insofar as children's socialization, to certain extent, has great impacts on their healthy growth and further contributes to the nascent and intellect generation for our perspective. How children are socialized is relevant to the process of which they made people around them aware of their behaviors and accept them into the complex society. Cooperating with others plays the most important role in children's socialization. By communicating with their peer, teachers, parents or even their boss who offer them part-time jobs they became more familiar with the society and gradually understand and accept the current norms, traditions, mainstream cultures, values, morality and ethnics in the contemporary society. It is the socialization that makes children become more practical but not fantastic, it is also the process that teach them how to be sagacious to make a mature decision when they face the seemingly inevitable dual choices. By the collaboration with others to accomplish a program, children could learn how to be respectful to the contradictory viewpoints from others and the real meaning of team-spirit upon which the modern society relies. Moreover, it seems to me that children should be socialized so as to keep the peace and harmony of society.

However, we cannot expect a new generation only with the socialized skills and the consistent ideas or values with others rather than possess their own personalities and individualities. To be an individual or so-called a pre-adult for our foreseeable future, children should be cultivated or educated for their distinct and unique characteristics. It is hard-pressed for me to imagine that our prospective society are fraught with those who have unified ideas and values since during the recent decades all our children are socialized and sophisticated. Obviously, the socialization is not the mere factor to determine the fate of future society, our current educators should pay more attention on our children's personal skills or internal characteristics. The persistence for conquering difficulties, the intellect and critical thinking, to be honest and polite to people around them, the loyalty and also the independence and so forth, all those merits and personalities contribute them to dedicate to our society. Additionally, we should also focus our education on cultivating children's creativities. We all know that with the virtue, Bill Gates created his myth-founding the famous corporation-Microsoft and conducting it to be the leader of IT field in the world.

When we turn to issue on how to raise our children we should not only take children's socialization into consideration but also other multiple elements. Absolutely, we should acknowledge that there are many omits and flaws in our current education. To the family layer, whether some parents should be the teachers for their children is worthy considering. It is the spotlight society must focus on that there are many violations commits by some parents to their young children. Children cannot grow healthily in these violated families in way that they will imitate the violations when they become adults. To the school layer, the violations and the suicides are the most cogent evidence that there are many shortages in our contemporary educational mechanism. The burden schools or colleges place on our children is too heavy to mislead them to crime or search for the extreme solutions when they suffer from pressures. To the society layer, our children today can obtain little opportunities for meaningful and helpful practice from society. Admittedly, there are some part-time jobs or social work offered by many companies and nonprofit organizations, albeit few of them could provide them useful skills and experience for our teenagers.

To sum up, children's socialization actually influence our society in some respects, nevertheless, it is not sole element to determine our foreseeable future. Society should pay equal attention on the education of our youth's personality and individuality. As Franklin Roosevelt said "we cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future", therefore, there are still necessary needs for our parents, educators and society to pay more efforts to improve our education for children.
