今天收到osu的ad,下一步该怎么办申请奖？

现在对财力证明不是很懂。OSU要求寄材料的时候就说明是否申请奖学金的。看着这封信的意思好象我没有奖学金，还是需要接着申请奖学金呢？下一步该怎么做？衷心希望大家给点建议。
