The arguer seems to suggest that students in a nation should study the same national curriculum until they enter college instead of having different classes according to the division of the areas, while some people may embrace this idea wholeheartedly, I have my reservation.

Adimittedly, if the students in a nation have the same national curriculum, the government may have a good control of the education policies, for instance, it is much more convenient for the authorities to publish the textbooks. <从出版教科到教育质量问题,前后缺乏连贯性。>What's more, this idea may, to some extent, contribute to the rival ships which can result in the improvement of the quality of the education for schools in any area can compare with others in the exam results.<这点没说清楚,不具说服力>

However, even more disadvantages may appear if this rdea(idea) comes true, for there may be numerous distinctions in different areas, such as customs, cognitions and so on. Take the education in China for example, since there are various peoples in China which covers a great amount of territory, the curriculums vary from one district to another<这句是因果关系吗?>. Like Tibet those unlightened areas, it is probably impossible for the students there to study difficult classes such as English and Computer science, for one cause, there are no advanced equipments but a lot of mountains and grasslands, for another, it seems unnecessary for the students there to have such classes due to it that such classes are possibly of no use there, that is to say, there is few chance to use English and computer there. <我觉得虽然条件差是限制因素,但如果因为这样而听之任之,那里将永远是未开化的地方;正是要发展,才需要引进新的技术,只有教育同时跟进,越来越多的人懂得如何使用,才可能应用技术改变现状。>Whereas, students in the modern cities like Shanghai and Beijing, are requested strongly to have a good command of those classes.We can suppose that, if students in China had the same national curriculum, chaos in education would bring out in China, and this nation might not have such a great development nowadays.<这个例子的角度不合适,设置全国课程的出发点之一应该就是缩小地区差异。过分的强调差异,而不去改善,那只会是两极分化越来越严重。我觉得鲜明的地区差异,资源、条件、经济实力的差别作为课程实践中的限制因素,慎重考虑是必要的,可以说这是一个需要解决的问题,如果忽视它的话,国家课程可能只是一种空想。>

Furthermore, the economy may have a faster pace if different parts of the nation can determine which academic courses to offer. The situation in China is a case in the point as well. Provinces like Jiangsu and Guangdong, demand the students to be good at English, especially the oral English, for there are a tremedous number of trades and exports in these two provinces, a lot of foreigners may go there, it is necesary for the students there to do well in the oral English. For decades, the curriculums there different from other places have, more or less, suggested speeding the economy. <我觉得外贸资金的注入,外企的确需要具备交流能力的人才,可能间接影响到中小学对于口语能力的强调,但投资主要看重的应该是这些城市作为中国开放口岸的经济潜力,并不是因为这里的人口语好才来的,所以跟经济快速发展不构成直接联系。另外对于一些课程的强调,不代表其他课程就一定忽略,就算制定了国家课程,只是告诉你哪些课学生都要上,这并不意味着学校可以对某些课有所强调的。P.S.我有没有理解错你的意思?>

To sum up, a nation should not require the individual area have the same curriculum rather than allow schools have different classes according to the different situations. With the proper curriculums, different areas can have an individual development.

老师说,写作文的时候不要过分突出自己是中国学生……
