[急问] Auburn ECE 系 申请，系里面提供奖吗

下面的内容我发给 Auburn ECE系里面他们一直没回复啊，有人知道吗 急！马上就要到2。15截止日期了！而且50$不是小数目，还要快递材料。

1   ECE系有没有奖？因为研究生院里面说的是不提供“--We regret that the Graduate School has no funds for scholarships or fellowships and cannot guarantee any form of financial aid.

一般都是先在网上报名，然后再寄材料。
Auburn给不给钱我不太清楚。
我也申请了那的ECE，不过感觉没戏，因为我的背景不牛，不是名校毕业，GPA也不高，3.1，专业课3.3
