我陶瓷套的就是那个教授，之前疯狂的讨好他，录取以后他也来信说让我早点看论文，他可以寄给我一些

It seems 1/2 offer. But actually it does not matter what you call it.

First, you have tuition waiver of $2,975.00 and the tuition and fees is $7,023.00. So you have to pay the difference.

Second, your stipend is $9,767 for 12 months, which means you will be paid about $813 per month and no summer, winter or any other holidays, except weekends. ( That's the disadvantage of being an RA) sometimes, maybe weekends you still have to stay in the lab.

But since you only have 1/4 appointment, which means you only need to work 10 hours per week.( for full time, or 100% appointment, it is 40 hours per week = 8 hours per day), you may try to find another 1/4 job, because international students are allowed to work half-time, say 20hours per week.

So if you can find another job, then definitely you will have more salary and perhaps it will cover more tuition.
