An effective leader, portrayed as powerful, wise, capable, and resolute, must have the quality of maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards as the author recommends. By analyzing this point from the following realms of the society, we can understand it clearly.

To begin with, nearly all the effective political leaders in the history are of high moral and ethical standards such as Benjamin Franklin, Mahatma Gandhi, Zhou’en Lai and so forth. Prime Minister Zhou, the ever Chinese most respected leader, contributed full of his soul and his body to the construction of The People's Republic of China and the service of Chinese people. Prime Minister Zhou was both a leader and an idol of Chinese for his patriotism and devotion and most important reason--personality. He led a most spartan life as he always said “China is new and without any economy basement. A large number of Chinese are suffering from hunger. As a Prime Minister of such a country if I can not make every Chinese be full at least I will suffer all the hardships with them." For his whole life, Prime Minister Zhou had no children since he did not want his descendants to have priority over his people. He passed away while in his chair, leaving the deepest sorrow and his ever-living great personality to his people.

Such instances can also be found in the religion and spiritual world. The Pope of Catholicism is the person who owns the highest ethical and moral standards and for his perfect natures he deserves to be the highest leader above all others to connect with God. A leader in the religion world has always to keep his self to reach the highest ethical and moral standards and is doomed to lose everything if he fails. The few archbishops who betrayed God and got married turned into a failure though from ordinary people views we may not regard such deeds as immoral but for the higher moral and ethic standards of Catholicism, they were just egregious violators. I will never forget the book of Thorn Bird which is about the love story of an archbishop. He abandoned his beloved girl for his God in such an anguished way and he succeeded to maintain the highest moral and ethics standards as a leader of the Catholics. Therefore, for the officials in the religion and spiritual world, those who want to be effective leaders, are strictly required to comply with the moral and ethic laws.

When it comes to the business field, overwhelmed by the heated discussion of morality and ethic of the merchants, our society is beginning to make rules in it. Far away from the past, when the business leaders were exerting full of their energy to grasp most profits without paying any attention to what left to the environment or people, say, the pollution, the deceiving, and harmful competition, while nowadays, we may notice that the A-list corporations in the world are all famous for enterprise culture and most of them are related to morality and ethics. The slogan of the best cell phone seller NOKIA, people oriented, is so familiar with us and it shows NOKIA’s concern for humanity as well as its leader’s wisdom.

To sum up, our society asks an effective leader to have the quality of meeting the highest standards of morality and ethics and if those public officials fail to do this, they are inclined to be forgotten by the history.

这一段你非常详细得举了周恩来的例子。我觉得可以尽量精简一些，一两句话带过即可，然后再举其他的领导人，也用一两句带过。这样可以呼应你的nearly all，这是一个比较绝对的语气。还有，为什么所有的领导人一定要是道德最崇高的人呢？你在紧接着TS可以加一个句子来解释一下的。不然你不太能说服我的。

你的语言很流畅，用词也很少有错误。写作的功底挺不错的。这篇文章我觉得你从完全赞成的角度来写不是很容易的。因为题目中所说需要“最”高尚，这显然太绝对，你也不太好论证。是不是考虑用一点让步，不要一边倒的写法，更能说服人呢？

评论的太中肯了！句句在理！下面我也作一点解释，算是答辩吧呵呵
首先，周恩来的那段我本来是也想简单的举几个并列的简短的例子，可是有怕被批评为每个分析的都不透澈，不知兔兔有什么好意见解决这个矛盾？
其次，but for the higher moral and ethic standards of Catholicism这句话我是说但对于天主教徒来说，他们的宗教标准要高于对普通人的道德标准。接下来说主教被判教义结婚的例子也是由这个而来，因为尽管普通人不认为结婚是道德败坏的行为，但对于天主教的主教们来说这却是违反宗教道德的，所以对于宗教界的领导来说，他们要遵守更高的乃至最高的道德准则。此外，我在这一段并没有说宗教道德规定的一切都是对的，更扯不上什么布鲁诺（哥白尼没那么倒霉～），兔兔不要随意扩展我的外延哦～
第三个诺基亚的例子我也决定不是很说明问题，我的愿意是想说从这个公司以人为本的理念来看，公司的领导者是以尊重人性为宗旨的，这就体现了他的道德高尚，的确有些牵强，再想个别的～
最后一点，看了一些范文有点启发就是里面有好多一边倒的做法，于是我就写了这篇，觉得中庸的写法老是底气不足的，觉得一边倒就能舒发的很爽！当然也容易被人当成argument攻击了呵呵，不过看前人的经验好像还是中庸比较稳妥～

恩.基本上同意楼上同学的观点,语法没什么大问题,词汇量非常丰富.
就是观点选择有点难了,要求完全ethical对于leaders来说,很难写.
建议稍微留点余地.
我觉得要商量一下的就是,怎么避免总是用and的并列,多一点层次变化...
说的不对的地方,改正哦~~
ps我回学校了,不能老是上网了,尽量会跟上V组的进度的,不过我马上就要考了555
