自己修改过一次，主要是字词方面。但从总体上，不知道是否切题，思路是否得当，论点展开的是否充分，部分用词是否得当。另外，用了不少NCE4的句子，下文这样的会被叛雷同吗？:confused:

    1. 竞争在团体之间是必不可少的，这是利益驱动的。比如说，研究团队，公司，各国政府。
    2．但是在团体之内，个人之间又是通过合作来达到共同的集体目标的。个人之间的合作可通过两种方式实现，第一，直接提供援助；其次，管好自己也就是帮助了别人，帮助了公司。
    结论：所以作为领导要有竞争意识，但当角色转化到团体中的个人时，就应该学会合作。

In this changeable and sophisticated society, competition is required in a research team, a business company and a national government as a whole when trying to thrive in their fields; among the team, the company, and the government, however, individuals need to cooperate with each other in order to achieve a certain goal.

In so far as any research is a secret one, it naturally limits those who engaged in such research from effective contact with their fellow scientists, either in other country or in other universities, or even, quite enough, in different research groups in the same department. This secret nature in research is caused by the fierce competition among scientific research groups because the award often goes to the team which first discoveries the valuable result. It is this profit-oriented desire behind the research that put sand in the wheels of cooperation between research groups. This is well-illustrated by the fact that some of the research groups in big firms have great difficult in obtaining scientific and technical books because they are unwilling to have their names entered as having taken out such and such a book for fear that the agents of other firms would be able to trace the kind of research that they are likely to be undertaking. Similarly, a basketball team has to compete with its component in a certain game for the benefits of basketball players themselves as well as the profits of the firm that finances the team; the competition among big companies in business such as Microsoft, Yahoo, and Google shows no signs of ceasing to rise. Moreover, governments on behave of different nation always argue with each other to seize resources which lie in the boundary of the two nations. For example, China and Japan are involving in a big issue that who has the right of exploring the natural resources in the sea.

Although the competition exists among different groups, cooperation is essential for individuals within the group to carry out certain plans. This cooperation includes the behaviors like offering help to others, as well as making fewer troubles to bother others. As the knowledge is increasing, it is impossible for anyone to be of knowing all. Help in the form of knowledge is needed when someone either faces the complicated work one is doing or confronts the difficulty in getting along with his fellows in the firm. On the other hand, if anyone in the company can behave in a way that can be trusted by others and can practise his responsibilities and initiatives as falls within his sphere, then the company does not need to have another man check on what he is doing, keep him in line and report on him to someone else. This kind of cooperation will help to decrease the overheads of the firm so that there are enough money to be used as dividends and also be used in its future progress and development. Thus, the cooperation in the group among individuals is important and necessary.

Therefore, as a leader of a team in the form of a research group, a business company, and a government on behave of a great number of individuals should have a sense of competition while the role one plays shifts to an individual constituting a part of a team, one requires to learn to cooperate with his fellow-citizens.
