2The following appeared in a letter sent by a committee of homeowners from the Deerhaven Acres to all homeowners in Deerhaven Acres.

"Seven years ago, homeowners in nearby Brookville community adopted a set of restrictions on how the community's yards should be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be painted. Since then, average property values have tripled in Brookville. In order to raise property values in Deerhaven Acres, we should adopt our own set of restrictions on landscaping and house painting."

The author contends in the argument that citizens in Deerhaven Acres should adopt their own ser of restrictions on landscaping and house painting so as to raise property values. To support his conclusion, the author mentioned that average property values have tripled in Brookville since homeowners in there adopted a set of restrictions on how the community's yard should be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be pained. The argument seem to be logic at the first glance, however, it is not thoroughly well-reasoned after careful consideration.

To begin with, the author attributes the rise of average property values to the restrictions homeowners in Brookville adopted. Is the increase of value simply due to the restriction of house? Or the buyers only are attracted by the house in Brookville? Perhaps the buyers are interest in the scenery of Brookville and prefer to live in there, and then they are likely to pay more for a better living condition. Also, it is known to us all that there will be a considerable number of changes in the time of seven years. It is possible that there was a rapid development of Brookville in a variety of fields during the past seven years. Take business for instance. Maybe there are more companies nowadays in Brookville which employ more workers and thus promote the economic in Brookville. It is likely the opportunities in Brookville are much more than other communities, it does become a sufficient reason for workers outside to come here. Then, workers from communities outside Brookville, especially those who lost their jobs, would like to work here and then, buy a house to live in. Due to the increasing number of people who would like to buy houses in Brookville, the property values are probable to rise.

Assuming that the increase values of average property in Brookville is really because of the restrictions, when it comes to the situation in Deerhaven, will is surely be the same as the author asserted? Perhaps it is only the opinion of the author himself for he ignores other possible alternatives and what's worse this measure might cause the decline of values. The author fails to consider the differences between the two communities. Maybe citizens in Brookville are favorable of the restrictions for they like almost the same landscape and color. Nonetheless, it is likely that citizens in Deerhaven purses different characteristics and then prefer homes distinguish from others. If so, the restriction will play down the property values rather than raise them.

As a consequent, before any final conclusions are made, the author should take consideration of all the possible alternatives and choose a more appropriate way in order to raise the property values in Deerhaven. When the author evaluates all the alternatives discussed above, the argument will be more thorough and adequate.

The author contends in the argument that citizens in Deerhaven Acres should adopt their own ser(settings?) of restrictions on landscaping and house painting so as to raise property values. To support his conclusion, the author mentioned that average property values have tripled in Brookville since homeowners in(去掉in) there adopted a set of restrictions on how the community's yard should be landscaped and what colors the exteriors of homes should be pained. The argument seem to be logic at the first glance, however, it is not thoroughly well-reasoned after careful consideration. Summary时你应该尽量别copy原文,把意思用自己的话说出来
To begin with, the author attributes the rise of average property values to the restrictions (that)homeowners in Brookville adopted. Is the increase of value simply due to the restrictions of house? Or the buyers only are(are only) attracted by the house in Brookville? Perhaps the buyers are interested in the scenery of Brookville and prefer to live in(in去掉) there, and then they are likely to pay more for a better living condition. Also, it is known to us all(all在这里感觉不太好,去掉吧) that there will be a considerable number of changes in the time of seven years(during the seven years). It is possible that there was a rapid development of Brookville in a variety of fields (去掉during the past seven years). Take business for instance. Maybe there are more companies nowadays in Brookville which employ more workers and thus promote the economic in Brookville. It is likely (换成Perhaps)the opportunities in Brookville are much more than other communities, it does become a sufficient reason for workers outside to come here. Then, workers from communities outside Brookville,(这句与上句重复,直接去掉就可) especially those who lost their jobs, would like to work here and then, and buy a house to live in. Due to the increasing number of people who would like to buy houses in Brookville, the property values are probable to rise.
(我觉得题目讲的都是过去发生的事情,用过去时比现在时要好些。)

Assuming that the increase values of average property in Brookville is really(Assuming that the values of property in Brookville is indeed increased) because of the restrictions, when it comes to the situation in Deerhaven, will is surely be(it may not as) the same as the author asserted? (总觉得用陈述语气更恰当)Perhaps it is only the opinion of the author himself for he ignores other possible alternatives and what's worse, this measure might cause the decline of values. The author fails to consider the differences between the two communities. Maybe citizens in Brookville are favorable of the restrictions for they like almost the same landscape and color. Nonetheless, it is likely that citizens in Deerhaven purses(没看懂) different characteristics and then prefer homes distinguished from others. If so, the restriction will play down the property values rather than raise them.

As a consequent(consequent是adj. consequence), before any final conclusions are made, the author should take consideration of all the possible alternatives and choose a more appropriate way in order to raise the property values in Deerhaven. When the author evaluates all the alternatives discussed above, the argument will be more thorough and adequate.
向你学习你的结尾,简介明了
