The immigration reform bill is going to be debated and voted on next week.
The issues with employment based legal immigration run the risks of being
ignored. It is believed that the users of this forum are deeply concerned with these issues such as labor backlog, visa retrogression and etc. Please do pay attention to the development in Congress.

Immigrationvoice (IV, websiet: www.immigrationvoice.org) is mainly organized by a bunch of professionals who are suffering from the labor backlog and visa retrogression. IV is doing everything they can to lobby the congress for legislation relief. IV hired lobbying, appeared in media, contacted senetors and resprentatives.

That is exactly what IV is working for.
Represent legal immigration like H-1B holders and appeal
for relief from current deadlocked immigration process like backlog and visa
retrogression.
So please pass the word around and let as many people as possible know about the IV and do what they can to help. At least, we shoud send webfax to
senetors and donate some money to IV.
