In modern society, only relying on competence, people can not readily achieve great success and evidently improve productivity as before.
On the other hand, teamwork and cooperation can serve to catalyst to stimulate people interest and motives. A Chinese proverb goes well (and I paraphrase):’three people are better than one’. It means that in facing with problems or challenges combining people’s wisdom, abilities and experience will be more effective than do it by only one person.
Admittedly, when handling certain problems, individual sometimes generates productivity and motives not less than teamwork.
