Dear Student,

Please do not respond to this email message. Its purpose is simply to
inform you that you have been admitted West Virginia University and to
give you some important information regarding your visa application. An
official admission letter will be sent explaining your status and major.
However, before a form I-20 or DS 2019 can be issued to you, you must
provide proof that you have the adequate financial resources to provide
for his or her expenses incurred while studying at WVU. For an estimate
of the overall cost of one year of study (including tuition, fees,
living expenses, health insurance, books and personal expenses, etc.)
see the list of program expenses below.

是不是不用指望会在录取通知书中提出给我任何形式的FA了？
