然后self-disciplined，说实话，我也不是很有把握，不过我是把他当形容词来用得呀，后面还加了students不是吗？而且用过好几次了，所以想来应该没太大问题。

Very few people can get a 5. So 4 is a very high score. To get a 5, you would have to be near perfect in all four areas -- task completion, support, progression and coherence, and use of language. Your use of language is the weakest, like most Chinese students. Read more (original materials) and write more. You are almost there!

I just noticed another post of yours in which there were a lot of big words. It is very difficult to use those big words appropriately (unless you are well-read). Piling up big words in your essay will not impress an ETS rater, nor will it impress any native speaker for that matter. It merely shows you are "struggling" to impress people.

A piece of advice to everyone:

Use different syntactic structures to show your command of the language but choose words to enhance the clarity of your argument. Remember, big words do not always do a better job than common words that you are familiar with.

Try to avoid using low-frequency lexicon simply to show off the size of your vocabulary. You just might shoot yourself in the foot.

I used the new scale (0-5) for TOEFL iBT. So I may have given you a lower score than you had expected.
