Some people maintain that parents and communities have played a significant role in children's in influencing the development of an individual and even the society,,so they are as important as the professional educator .As far as I am concerned, I agree with the statement totally,for it has merits as a comprehensive standpoint.

The primary reason why I emphasis the significance of parents and communities in education is that school education, featuring largely in its cycle of instructions, and machine-made text books, which are carefully worked out in routine, neglects the essence of education.  Education, rather than impart knowledge and skills to students in, in the end should address to shape personality, forge ethics, train and teach a person how to appreciate truth, virtue, beauty and how to esteem human dignity. The purpose is to "make all strengths of individuals into a loftiest and most harmonious whole”. Unfortunately, we find weak sign in school nowadays. It seems that the rewarding of the school education is only a swarm of graduators with good records and all kinds of certifications, unable to live up to the standard discussed above.  Consequently, it is necessary to return to other methods assistant to school education.  

As one famous philosopher has said: The first teacher of an individual is his mother. This saying indicates before government education agencies affect child, parents are of great importance in enlightening. People, when they are very young, always imitate their parents' behaviors and words, regarding them as the criterion in life. In turn, most parents do their endeavors to impasse traditional virtue to their children.

Apparently, there is more than one reasons for us to focus on community . It has been taken for grunted that a community has impact on the quality of an individual. Firstly, it can offer financial support to local schools. Some ragged school are supported by the local charities, and the tax revenue from the community often be used tothe poverties as their education fees; Secondly, for everyone is belonging to a certain community. his virtue and idea are potentially affected by the environment around him. Supposing a  community with  good environment, it will raise the awareness of its inhabitants that they are the integral parts of the community. and should not do anything to jeopardize the harmonious. So when the residents come to society, they always insist on this virtue, keeping good relationship with the surroundings. The community is served as a bridge linking the personal life and social life in this sense. Last but not the least, for some job-oriented education, a community can provide practical opportunities. It is universal for west countries children to sent newspapers or weed grass for neighbors. Some of the jobs are free, but it can foster children the sense of responsibilities and socialibilities. Insofar I can see, the function of a community is no less meaningful than a school in cultivating a person's characterisctic.

In sum, only with the assistance of parents and communities, can school satisfy the ending aim of the society. In turn, by means of professional educators, can we acquire the advanced information and technology . Overweight either side will lead to destroy to our society.

Education is so important that it nearly determines the future of one country, so there is a public controversy nowadays on how to get the best education. Whether both parents and communities should involve in the local schools or those professional educators work alone? I agree with the speaker that both parents and communities should be involved in the local schools, as discussed below.

First of all, the professional educators are indispensable to ensure the normal education. Since they have professional teaching experience, they can tell students what is most important knowledge in class and guide them to learn effectively. For example, when I began to study physics at high school, I was often confused by its abstract concepts and can not read the text by myself. But with the help of teacher, I got the correct way to understand them and had progressed gradually. So without professional educators, students may learn by themselves and have to spend more time unnecessarily. In addition, it is those professional educators that establish reasonable and scientific curriculums for students, which is necessary to the education of children and youths. In one word, professional educators function as foundation upon which the education system can be built.

Secondly, as the old saying is, "the best education starts from the knee of his or her mother", parents also play an important role in the process of children's growth. Comparing to the teachers who have so many students to look after, parents can spend more time on their children relatively and have more chances to know their characters and even talents, which are undoubtedly significant to cultivate students. Edison is a convincing example. When the great inventor was young, his teacher did not like him because of his endless questions and even advised him to drop out of school, but his mother did not think so and decided to teach him by herself. Thanks to his mother, Edison could obtain the confidence and succeed in the future. Further more, parents have more opportunities than educators to communicate with their children and can tell them what is right and what is wrong. This will be beneficial to students' moral improvement. That is why parents should be involved in education.

Similarly, communities are also of great significance in educating for two reasons. The first one is students are living in certain community, so it goes without saying that the social environment affect the growth of children greatly. As a famous sociologist，Wight，once said,“Without a good community, the educational level of local schools is hard to improve.”For example, the social condition in America in 1960s was not as good as before, and the direct result is that there was a higher percentage of violence, teenage pregnancy and suicide in youths at that time.

In sum, the success of local school depends on the involvement of parents and community to some extent. Only by the cooperation of professional educators, parents and community can we get the best effect of education.

This example is proper, however, you weren't able to prove it. That's a  rush conclusion in causality of the 1960s' social condition and the jouvenile violence.

Education is the key word in human civilization process, because it make the accumulation and inheriting of knowledge possible and help students become autonomous, creative, inquiring people who have the will and intelligence to create their own destiny.  Due to the extreme significance of education, it calls for a combination of professional educators, parents and community  to realize its final purpose.

Teachers play a vital role in education,since they can provide the most professional instruction to students in not only knowledge but also  the philosophy of life. An expert once conducted an experiment to examing the impact of a single first-grade teacher on her students' subsequent adult status. He choosed two teachers who were obviously different in their teaching abilities and followed their students from the age of 6 to 35. The result was surprising:  The number of students, taught by the better teachers, who had a relatively high social status are much larger than the second group of students. This self-evident experiment tells us that a good and professional teacher can really generate great impact on her students lives while a inferior one may generate the converse effect. Students spend most of their everyday life at school, thus teachers are the ones who contact them most and teach them most, influence them most and answer their questions quickest. From this point of view, an education without professional educators will be on a large extent half-baked.

However, we should always keep in mind that it is far from adequacy with the only help of teachers. Just as the old saying goes, parents are the children's first teachers. This is true because when students are young, they all adore and even worship their parents who are the most intimate people in their lives, and imitate their parents’ behaviors unconsciously. Therefore, parents can exert much more influence on their children sometimes from living habits, hobbies and views towards life. There are numerous examples that the children inherited their father or mother's professions. Take Beethoven as an example. His father was a musician in the royal court and forced him to practice play organ everyday. Though his father's harsh discipline and alcoholism made his childhood and adolescence difficult, he was able to become one of the greatest masters of composers in the world. Some other similar examples such as the prominent litterateur Dumas and his son indicate that parents’ involvement in education, especially initiatory education is totally necessary in a person's life.

There is another crucial factor contributing to a favorable education: community, which is often be ignored by most of the people. A good community can create a benifitial atmosphere that helps students to form good living habits. There was a story happened to Mencius, Chinese distinguished Confucian philosopher. In his childhood, his mother moved their houses as many as three times to find a suitable place to educate him. Their first house was located around a fair and the second one beside a theater which were too noisy to concentrate. Their third house, where his mother decided to settle down was near a school of which the general quiet environment help Mencius to write his masterpiece"Mencius".Besides a general environment, the community has the power to build some public  educational establishments including library to provide students a better condition of education.

In spite of the importance of parents and community, we must be aware of the possible side-effect resulted from them, for they are far from professional educators and is likely to bring about bad consequences. For example, some parents are tend to spoil their children. They do everything according to their desires, such as buy all the fancy clothes and toys and connivance all their mistakes. Some parents, on the contrary, may have violent inclination so that they always punish their children by force. It is the same with a community which is easy to gather a group of students who imitate each other's bad behaviors, resulting in juvenile delinquency.

To sum up, to provide the students a well education, professional educators, parents and community must all work together to make up each other's shortage. At the same time, we should be cautious about the likely unfavorable effect brought by parents and community.

Should both parents and communities be involved in the local schools caused by education is too important to leave for professional educators? I partly agree with this assertion as follows.【开头很简洁】

Firstly, before I represent my point of view about this topic, there are always two notions of education: 1) Licensed and practicing teachers in the field use a variety of methods and materials in order to impart a curriculum. 2) A social science that encompasses teaching and learning specific knowledge, beliefs, and skills. 【第一个定义适用于学校教育，第二个用来解释父母和社区教育好像不太贴切】The speaker obvious mentioned education as schooling in the first notion. However, here we cannot ignore another notion of education with a wild and further meaning, which is education in a broad sense to communicate with the civilization. As in this sense, education is a learning part of human history【这句话不通】, almost every steps【step】 made by human beings were related with education, therefore, to clarify this assertion, we must not only consider education as schooling like the speaker says, but also recognize another broad meaning to understand the education.

Both parents and communities are playing important roles in the field of education in our society. As we all know, most parents do anything that could helps their child【children】 in early education. Such as prenatal education, or many kinds of preschool education【只举出一个例子，最好多举几个】. Are they really help【helpful to】 the progress of the education in the child's life? The answer is probably positive. As an old saying goes: " Parents are the best teachers for child." Caused by parents always know their child much better than anyone else【这个现在好像不一定成立】, hence, there is no deny that parents' involving in local education will helps【help】 a lot with the child's future. Moreover, community is playing another important role in education as well. We might know that most education institutions are funding 【funded】by government or other social groups. Community is running to make arrangement between the institution conveners and funding supporters in whole society. In this sense, community do need involve in the local education institution to help their funding and developing going well on the right ways.

Without the roles played by parents, communities, and other professional educators, there are still many chances for people who get educated well. For example, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, one of the most well-known philosopher of the Enlightenment whose political ideas influenced the French Revolution, the development of socialist theory, and the growth of nationalism. He was born in poverty and his parents were left him in the early age. Because the poverty, he did not receive any systemized education. However, as you all know, Rousseau's theories became to the most well known all over eighteen-century till nowadays. As what John Dewey (a famous educator in the U.S.) says: "Education is life." In the dramatically life of Rousseau, we can find out something that even much more important than parents, communities, and professional educators to influence one's education progress.【卢梭的成长能否排除在社区教育之外值得商讨】

To sum up, education always been the hottest issue debating all around the world in recent years, people definitely cannot leave education to the professional educators, parents and communities。 all 【All】should take parts of responsibilities of the education system. What is more, education should not only been taking place【可以用这个词组吗】 in the school, but also in our life.

总结：芹菜妹妹限时写作，语句虽然较平时习作简单，但还流畅。能写成这样，应该对考试有信心了。就是最后一个例子的使用，我有点疑问。就教育的主体而言，自学也是一种教育方式，它与学校教育、父母教育、社区教育不同，可以作为例外使用。但如果按照教育的场所来分，学校，父母（家庭），社区，不能和自学相对立，也就是说自学可以融入其中，不知道我说得明不明白，自己都快糊涂了：）
