背景：UFL, EE, PHD，自费大约2W5刀/年

感谢GTER对我从GT就开始的帮助，尤其感谢几位斑竹。

直接切正题，签我的是个白人男青年，不知道什么外号，长相一般，似乎眼睛有点问题。

ME：GM

VO：GM，HOW R U？
ME：FINE
VO：SO， you r studying in ***?
ME: yes, I'm in my fouth and final year in that college, and I will get my Bachelor degree in the next month.
VO: when?
me:next month. this July.
VO:ok. so, what are you going to do in the states?
me:oh, I 'm going to get my PHD in electrical engineering at University of Florida. I wish I can keep my research and study in wireless communications area.
VO:could you tell me about your research ?（已经开始撕条
me:@#$%@#%. actually I'm now working on my Bachelor thesis, you know. (a huge mistake I've made. explain it below)
VO: really, can you show me that?
me:(hand in my paper)I just printed it.
VO:(look it up for about half min) could you explain what it is? (指着一个MATLAB访真的二元信号图)
me:(got me, 我没准备说这个， but I tried not to be nevous. ) oh, that's a !@#$. you know, in the modern digital communications, we transmit information as a serials of zeros and ones, and ....
VO:(一边听一边撕大粉，我心说：坏了）so, those are zeros and ones..hmm..（拿起我的I20）。 oh, you dont get a full financial support?
me:yup, I got a scholarship, and my parents will pay the rest. you know, I've called dr ABC, who's in charge of graduate admission affair there, you know, he told me that most of the PHD students will get their financial support in the end of their first year's study.
VO: really? what's your parents do?
me:my dad...my mom....
VO:so ,if you dont get financial aid, will they pay for ...
me: yup, absolutely.
VO:(began to type. )
me: do you need anything else? the certificates of my parents employments, or..?
VO:no. .....(still typing)you r.....3 weeks, and ....
me:you mean I am checked?
VO:ye. give me your resume, study plan and ad letter.
me:(hand those in.)do y need any other of my stuff?
VO:no
me: thank you.

1：用时大概3分钟。我犯的错误就是不应该拿出我的论文。应该继续把VO往我研究的一些应用上引。但也不好说，我后面的一个EE PHD哥们也被CHECK了。感觉是如果你认为你对你的研究足够了解，并且口头表达能力OK，那就尽量先别SHOW出你的一些笔头上的研究工作。如果你认为CHECK IS FINE。那你就早点拿出来，大家都省事。

2：有关预约时间：进去的时候有个武警，你跟他解释一下就说记错时间了然后他会查表，只要是今天的别差太多就进了。进去以后没人管你约的几点。（个人掌握啊，脸皮厚的适用）

总的形式还好，没看到F1被拒的。大伙好运。
