提纲:
1.        调查不明。没指出被调查者的身份,年龄等细节,所以证据不足,调查不可信
2.        因果无关。谁说的改良游戏品种就能被市场所接受从而提高销量?:o
3.        急于概括。10-25岁人爱游戏,暂定没错,可是凭什么说他们就爱玩W公司出的游戏呢?:o
恩恩,自己感觉第二点和第三点有点写混了……但是不知道怎么把这两个弄个更清晰的界限,请高人指点~~:(:(

In this argument, the author made a conclusion that the sales trend is about to be reversed to increased.        To support this conclusion, the editorial cites a survey that players tend to be interested in the video games which provide lifelike graphics and the most up-to-date computers. Notwithstanding, a careful examination of the argument would reveal that that alone does not constitute a logical argument in favor of its conclusion and fails to provide compelling support making the argument sound.

In the first place, the conclusion unreasonably relies on the survey that players prefer games that provide lifelike graphics, which requires the most up-to-date computers. The survey cited is too vague to be informative. The claim does not provide sufficient evidence to confirm the reliability of that survey, because it fail to indicate who conducted the survey, who responded, or how the survey was conducted to lend credibility to the claim. Until these questions are answered, the results are worthless and the validity is doubtful.
Secondly, the arguer fails to establish the causal relationship between the fact that players tend to play the games which is lifelike graphics and the claim that the players will play the games that Whirlwind video games specially designed according to the characters from the survey. The games that whirlwind has just introduced with an extensive advertising is well designed with the characters such as lifelike graphics and the requirement of the most up-to-date computers, however, this does not mean that the games that Whirlwind company designed will play an significant role in the video games market.  This argument is unacceptable unless there is compelling evidence to support the connection between these two events. Perhaps, for example, the evidence that the players are not only interested in the games that as the survey shows but also the games which the Whirlwind company designed to meet the needs of the players.
Thirdly, in addition, the arguer commits a fallacy of hasty generalization. Even if 10 to 25 years old is the age-group that most likely to play video games, which is an unwarranted assumption, it does not follow that they will be persuaded to play the games that Whirlwind company introduced in the market. The arguer fails to provide the evidence about what cause the decline in the sales of Whirlwind video games. There is possibility that other factors than the variety of the games play an important part in the sales of video games, such as the credit standing of Whirlwind company and the economics factors that affect the consuming action so that most of the families would not spend the money on games. The arguer does not provide any solid information concerning that what the relation between the decline and the change of kinds of games.
To sum up, unless the author provide the details that mentioned above, which is unknown from this argument, there is no guarantee that the sales will increase only by providing the games which is lifelike graphics.

第二三段确实给人一种不太清晰的感觉,第三段你可以从作者用并不具代表性的survey来概括10-25年龄段的人群出进行攻击,可能会更清晰一些
