MBA,北京2000被拒~求助各位大虾

本人曾经在大学期间(2005年1-5月)作为exchange student 在美国待过4个月,J-1签证.

6月8号,北京. 签证官是个褐发MM.
VO: 你以前去过美国?
m: 是的,曾作为交换生在GA待过4个月.
然后VO就翻看我的护照,查看电脑记录.
VO: 是J-1 签证.
M : 是的.
VO: 对不起,我不能给你签证.
M:为什么??
VO(笑了笑): 因为你曾经去过美国,是J-1签证,按照规定你不能在两年之内再申请去美国.
M解释,被打断.
VO: 对不起,非常欢迎你来美国大使馆....

事后分析,这个VO可能是新来的,不了解我这种情况应该是不受限制的,我有好些同学和我情况一样也签证成功.所以鼓起勇气再签第二次!!

m: I'm good, pretty good.
VO: 你原来去过美国?
M:是的,曾作为交换生在美国待过4个月,从2005年1月到5月.
接着VO问了个令我最郁闷的问题.
VO:你参加高考了吗?
当时我没听清就问他what?
VO重复一遍,我笑了笑回答:我已经大学毕业了.
VO:哪个大学?
M:*******(北京的一个二流大学)
VO:你申请的是MBA?
M:对.
VO:你父母是干什么的?
M:父亲开房地产公司,注册资金是***.母亲是普通职员.
VO:有存款证明吗?
M:有.递给他(是我父母的名字,共60W)
VO:你有offer letter?
M递给他,不过我的offer letter 上写明是conditional offer先要学6门课,通过了才能学MBA课程.
VO:你有大学成绩单吗?
M把大学成绩单递给他.大学成绩一般都是在70 80分左右.
VO不再说话,看完我成绩单后把I-20表扔出来,就拒了.
M问为什么?
VO:i can not give u visa for ur situation, if ur situation change maybe i can consider.
就这样我被第二次拒了....

1. J-1两年的rule没有那么严，就像你说得，很多你这样情况得xdjm也顺利签过了
2. 不知道你得资金具体情况，不好进一步分析
3. 也许你的背景信息有问题，这个说不准

1. 不知道你有没有出示存折/存单等资金材料
2. 你父亲是开公司的，需要出示或者准备哪些证明材料，请版内搜索一下，看你是否准备齐全
3. 如果60万能完全覆盖你读整个program期间的费用，那么可能是你其他方面有问题（毕竟你的父亲是开公司的，资金收入方面应该问题不大，如果说给你父母造成了资金上的负担，可能也说不过去），具体是哪方面有问题，单看这篇签经，无法判断

1,存款证明,存单都带着了,他也看了.
2,我拿着公司的营业执照去的,要拿给他看,他也不看.
3,I-20表上写的费用是$22,180.00 两年时间60W完全够用了.我想资金方面不是问题.
VO是不是觉得我本科成绩都是70 80 左右,而且我是有条件录取,要先学6门课 否则就不能学MBA课程,他怕我无法毕业,所以就把我给拒了??

如果我第三次去签,换个学校,换我曾经去过的那个学校,学MBA(也是有条件录取),会有影响吗?通过率会怎样??

资金不是问题了。
有条件录取会不会是原因所在呢？

许多人都说换学校会对签证很不利的，所以三千究竟要不要换还要慎重考虑，要想好解释问什么换。

我想可能是有条件录取的原因吧,offer letter上说明要这6门课GPA达到3.15以上才能学习MBA的课程,而我的大学成绩单上的成绩都是70 80 左右,我估计是签证官认为我不能正常完成学习才被拒的.
我想等到这个月中旬3000.
因为我大学是提前一年毕业,只用了3年时间,所以成绩不高,我想3000时把这点给VO说明,不知是否有用?用处有多大?
另外,我曾经去过的那个学校的教授说可以给我写support letter,如果我3000换成我去过的那个学校的话,成功的几率大吗?
各位牛人能否指点一二??谢谢啦~~~

你的成绩怎样，或者说，学习方面够不够格去美国读书，这是美国的学校做出的判断，VO无权置疑。VO关注的是你够不够格去美国，也就是考察你的留美动机，资金问题，归国计划等

我去美国学MBA,就是为了将来回国能够更好地接管家里的公司(我选的MBA方向是HR,我想人力资源对一个公司,尤其是家族企业的发展十分重要的)
资金,归国计划也都是顺利成章的.不知那些地方出了问题?还是应该在哪些地方改进?

What am I going to do in US?
I want to study MBA program in the University of Dallas. I am working in my family’s company, and I want to learn the advanced management knowledge and skills in order to development and take charge of my family business.
Sir this chance to study in the US is very important for me and I treasure this chance very much. Please give me a good consideration.
Why do I want to study the MBA?
Because during my work experience in my family company, I have found many management problems in the Human Resource management skill, welfare and salary management style, and employee stimulating styles. These problems will greatly prevent the company’s future development. So I want to study the MBA. That will be very helpful for me to develop my family company when I come back.

What do I do in my Family’s company?
I am working as Assistant Manager in the HR department. My job is including new employee recruiting and training, welfare and salary management and employee achievement assessment. In my work I found many problems so I want to study MBA in US.  

What is my family company’s business?
My family company’ businesses are bababababbababab~~ including ~~, ~~~~~,~~~~~,~~~~~ and so on. The registered fund of the company is ****. I will take charge of my family’s business in the near future.

What specific area do I want to study for your MBA?
I will concentrate my study in HR management area because there are many HR problems in my family company. So I want to learn advanced knowledge and skills in HR management.
Furthermore, my family company urgently need the talent people in HR management. For my family company HR is the basic and the most important factor. If I can control the HR, I can control development process of the whole company. So I choose to study HR development.

It is a conditional offer, I must finish 6 courses before I study the MBA program.
I’m sure I can finish the courses very well, because I have talent on study, you know most Chinese student must spend 4 years to finish the undergraduate courses, but I just spent 3 years to finish all of the courses and got my bachelor degree, so the scores are not too high. Furthermore, during my undergraduate, I got many certifications as excellent student, excellent class president and got many scholarships. So I am an excellent student and I can finish the courses very well.

Why not study in China?
Chinese MBA education only has a short history and lacks the case study education. There are few teachers who have both practical experience and high theory standard. It is difficult for me to get the advanced knowledge in management. So I want to study MBA in US because the MBA education in US is highly developed.


Why do I study in US? /Why do you choose US universities?
The MBA education is highly developed in US. In US I can learn the advanced management ideas and theories. The MBA in US can provide many case studies so I can learn the advanced management knowledge and experience. That will be very beneficial for me to develop and take charge of my family company in the future.

What is my plan after graduation?
After graduation I will come back to China, back to my father’s company. I will take the best MBA knowledge and skill into the company, and after working several years, I will take charge the company from my father, and try my best to develop the company and make it become one of the most famous and biggest company in China. That is my dream.
