怎么回事哦 昨天刚打好 打了两针的

有一针当时就鼓起白白的小包 痛得要死 现在就是一个小红点

另一针当时感觉不大 今天起来居然发现有一块红色的有点肿 大小和一块钱硬币差不多 记得早上有点痒

要紧不？ 搜索过这里有关ppd的 没明白他们说的东西。。5555

What is Tuberculosis or TB? Why is it important?

This is an infection that most commonly affects the lungs. TB is spread by germs that can float in the air. If a person with active TB disease coughs, shouts, or sneezes, people nearby can breathe in the TB germs into their lungs and become infected.



How do I test for TB?

The test for TB is called PPD. It can be performed at Health Services at no charge. A small amount of liquid is injected into the skin of your arm. A nurse must examine and "read" your arm between 48 to 72 hours later. This will complete the test. If a reading is not made in that time period, the test will have to be repeated.



What does a negative reaction mean?

A negative PPD is seen by little to no swelling on your arm, and means that there is probably no TB Bacteria in your body. At this point, you will be considered screened, and no further action will be needed.



What does a positive reaction mean?

A positive PPD can be seen by the kind of reaction your skin has to the injection. It means that TB Bacteria has entered your body at some point. Very often, international students may get a positive PPD because they come from countries that vaccinate against TB. That BCG or MANTOUX vaccination put a small amount of TB Bacteria in your body. This does not necessarily mean you have active TB, but after a positive PPD, you are required to get a chest X-ray.



What does a chest x-ray show?

A chest x-ray is required after a positive PPD result. If you have health insurance, the cost may be covered. The X-ray shows whether you have active TB. Even if the chest X-ray does not show TB, the Health Services staff will need to evaluate whether you require medication to prevent the development of Tuberculosis. You will receive an appointment at the Health Center and directions on how to go there.

体检的时候应该有胸片.
复检的时候医生会量红肿的尺寸.在1.X的范围之内是属于有抗体,因为美国一般不支持打卡界苗，所以必须带上胸片以证明没有感染过，只是曾经打过疫苗，体内有抗体。

哦。。。。迷糊了 体检的报告我打算明天去医院拿了ppd结果再去拿的 顺便让他们帮我把学校的表格填好 那里的那个妹妹这么说的 完全米想到ppd需要虾米胸片的

还有阿 auduryjin 你说的那个什么尺寸 我觉得好大阿 像一个1块钱硬币那么大的 记得早上有点痒 还是被蚊子叮 不记得 现在就是肿起来一点 按下去会有一点点疼！

不要担心，小时候我们打过卡介苗，都会有阳性反映，但是看护士量大小的话，一定要从硬结的地方量起，要不然会特别大的，尽量叫医生写小些，最好不好超过1CM X 1 CM，记得一定要拍胸片哦，那个是最能证实没有肺结核的，因为PPD的加阳性反映很高的。不要担心

PPD也做了胸片也拍了，感觉直接拍胸片不就全清楚了，为什么还要打 PPD？白受罪还不能确定结果，还是得靠胸片才能确定。

我在北京体检的，ppd测试我的肿包很大，有一个硬币那么大，医院的医生给我写的11cm，回到体检中心，大夫说没关系，说体检时胸片已经拍过，就是在小红本上写着心肺等正常。也没有再拍胸片，添了个正常就出来了。

我现在搞明白了 为什么学校要我们做PPD勒

在杭州 你打疫苗必须也要做体检！而学校只要求打疫苗 不知道我们还做体检 其中就包括了胸片这个东东！所以他们要求作PPD了

13楼的 偶的一个手是12厘米的呢 ！紧张的我半死！结果检疫局说下午才填表格 我有事情就先走了 问了他们说没事 我就放心了 到时候下午去让他们给我填表格勒
