寄给学校钱时多寄了,学校说要用这些多余的钱要有父母的准许文件,应该怎么写

就是一个 authorization 咯，学校可能有什么表格的吧，没有的话，大致上就是

I xxx, father/mother of xxx, international student of xxx university major in xxx to legally use the surplus part of the tuition with amount of xxx. The tuition with amount of xxx was  paid to xxx university on xxx in xxx format and was received by xxx on xxx.

写完了，让学校看看成不成咯。其实，让学校把钱freeze在那里，等到下学期交学费的时候用掉不是很方便么。
