Issue 是关于教育的 28， 就是 should memorize the facts 在弄清来龙去脉之后。 只学facts是学不到东西的。
另一道是关于政治goal的，具体说什么记不清了。

Argu 是 B College 教授和配偶生活在一起，live happier，所以PU为了吸引 gifted teachers 也应该采取方式：为前来的教授的配偶提供工作。
