但如果老师不给我奖学金，我也不能去，那我送的材料不就白花钱了吗？而且浪费时间．

２．我可以现在就联系老师问奖学金的事不？小米知道了会不会认为我不听话？
３．网申后要不要马上送材料？

我是８月刚考的托福，成绩上报送了这个学校，估计成绩应该快邮到了。不过当时我填的院系是９９，也就是不确定哪个学院，应该是送到研究生院吧？

你可以现在联系教授，但不见得能有确定结果。一般来说你要申请之后，教授才能定论。想申请之前就得到教授的定论，这种机会不常有，申请费该花就花，那能有几个钱，这种钱没必要省。
