I am innocent and why do I have to suffer this?


         This is written by my blood in jail, while I was on 5 day hunger strike to state my innocence. I am still on bail now; therefore I dare not say something which is not true. Some people, including my public defenders threatened to keep me quite. Please help me, otherwise an innocent person will be sent to jail for years.

         Everyone encounters troubles in their life time. That was why I went to Mass governor’s office seeking for help; receptionist told me to wait. However the state policeman Patrick Moynihan arrested me without any reason! Afterward in order to cover his misconducts, he threw some serious fake crimes against me, cursed my name and tortured me. Without announcing my rights, this officer forbade me to call anyone, including my attorney. He searched me illegally and stole my money away. He not allowed to use bath room and forced me to stay in cell that full of shit for hours. I said that he broke the law. He said he had power and he was the law.  

        I was treated unfairly. The charges against me changed again and again. I was ordered to submit extra information that I couldn’t get, in order to keep me locked up. Even after I submit everything to them, they intentionally hold it from the court, which led to extra days in jail. They even went to FBI and Immigration Bureau to check me. They tortured me by not giving any food to me for 24 hrs. My shirt was torn by scissors, trousers were pulled down, and private part was judged, beaten and tortured (at that moment I rather chose to die to get rid of the pain and sickness on my body). Then I was thrown in a cold cell with cooling on without any cover sheet. I was shaking like a shaver for whole night. I could not imagine this could happen in USA, the perfect democratic country. I was so helpless and vulnerable, unable to contact with anybody outside. One second is like a year, especially for an innocent.
         
         The charges against me changed again and again. Prosecutors requested extra information in order to cause problems for bail; State police withheld the ID information from the court in order to keep me in jail. They went to FBI and Immigration Bureau to check me, even after they knew I was as white as snow in past. My bail was set to 25,000 drs cash by prosecutor, and my attorney said nothing about it. Please help me and Mass people! If I saw any innocent person gets hurt like this, I will try my best to help, even if he is an enemy. Now I couldn't feel any safety even in my room, because I am afraid some one will come here to set me up.  If the evils don't get punished, how many people will learn from them. Your friends, children and relatives will get hurt in future.  The newspaper’s throat is choked and the Media’s tonsil is locked. Where is the real freedom of this country?  What kind of law system is this, if an innocent person could be sent to jail and nobody can do anything about it.  Any kind of help is appreciated!  My address is: Qingsheng Liu 23 Howell St. Apt3, Dorchester, MA02125.
