   Therefore,  we  are  instructing  you  not  to test any Chinese national
   citizens  at  your  test  center.  You may continue to register and test
   non-Chinese  citizens.   If a Chinese citizen wishes to register at your
' [. W7 w' e; F7 f, O! {   test  center,  please  decline  to  register him or her and explain that
   government  regulations  prohibit  ACT  from  testing  Chinese  national

首先也许找找后门的还是可以的
其次，我就知道中国政府不会同意在大陆设点的！香港的大学来内地招生就引发地震，要是通行了美国考试，中国顶尖大学充斥的可能就都是农家娃了。

打电话过去上海说不能接纳我。又给collegeboard打电话:call: ，第一个男的说不行，让我改。我选好后打电话改是，是个女的说不用改。又说不清楚再问问。最后还是让我改的。给大家提个醒！！！

我在内地考的SAT
其实没有SAT不是大问题，只要有过硬的T成绩和GPA一样可以拿到全奖的
