   citizens at test centers located in China.

5 @0 O3 Z+ H* V+ I0 U: P   citizens  at  your  test  center.  You may continue to register and test
   non-Chinese  citizens.   If a Chinese citizen wishes to register at your
   test  center,  please  decline  to  register him or her and explain that
   government  regulations  prohibit  ACT  from  testing  Chinese  national
$ m* o- W/ q, R* f- Q   citizens in China.

   It  is  imperative  that all test centers in China follow these Ministry
   rules.   If  you have any questions or comments, please contact ACT Test

我报ACT就是为了省钱，且只考一次就行了，结果这样，无语，请问大家应该怎么办？再考SAT肯定不行的，一点都不熟悉，有没有学校只要TOEFL就行了，或者说只凭TOEFL有多大把握！谢谢！

首先也许找找后门的还是可以的
其次，我就知道中国政府不会同意在大陆设点的！香港的大学来内地招生就引发地震，要是通行了美国考试，中国顶尖大学充斥的可能就都是农家娃了。

打电话过去上海说不能接纳我。又给collegeboard打电话:call: ，第一个男的说不行，让我改。我选好后打电话改是，是个女的说不用改。又说不清楚再问问。最后还是让我改的。给大家提个醒！！！

我在内地考的SAT
3 i1 ]- X% i! L0 {' A% }& I$ D其实没有SAT不是大问题，只要有过硬的T成绩和GPA一样可以拿到全奖的
有的时候，奖学金真的不想我们想象的那样……
