12.6下午到的上海,在胶川路的锦江之星安顿下,一晚上没怎么睡好，估计1:00左右入睡
5:30起来,然后洗澡,刷牙,刮胡子,吃了小碗开杯乐和妙芙两个,外加邦德咖啡一小瓶,再刷牙...
去时有嚼绿箭,手机未带,三大叠资料...

6:45到达梅龙镇广场,进去时发现已有40来号人,但探亲和商务为多,稍微看下估计学生签证10个左右
7:55左右放人上8F,第三批坐电梯上8F,8:25左右进入大厅,8:40左右拿到尾号XXX的号码
由于因公签证的较多,9:25左右去面对VO,我是该VO第二个学生签证,我前面的是一去东部读本科的女生,转学.
不清楚过了没,她面谈完毕我就上场

我是11号窗口的亚裔帅哥,有朋友24号签出说这韩国帅哥不错,很好说话,于是暗喜

Me: Good morning,sir!
VO: Hallo, left hand
(两秒后)
VO:Right hand
(两秒后)
VO: Good! So what will you do in the USA?
Me: I want to go to Santa Monica College(我申的是加州最好的社区学院) to get my associate degree of international business
and I will transfer to the university of california,university of southern california or any other 4-year universities to get my bachelor degree...
(打断)
VO: Did you graduate?
Me: I just graduated from XXX...
VO: Which school are you in,now?
Me: In the past half year, I studied english in a language school.
(皱眉)
VO: why don't you go to a chinese university?
Me:I gave up the chance to a chinese university because...
(打断)
VO: I don't konow why don't you go to a 4-year university to get your bachelor degree and want to transfer after 2-year study?
Me: Well, I think this college is the one more fits to  me, there is old saying"Choosing a school fit your self is more important than to choose a good one". I think in Santa Monica College's 2-year study,I can prepare my transfering...
(打断)
VO:基本和上一问题相同,估计不满意我的回答
Me:不知道怎么办,基本相同回答(说如果学的好可转去UCLA,UCR什么的加州系的好学校)已经慌了的...
VO: Ok, How did you konw this college?
Me: I knew this college from education exhibition from Shanghai this Oct.
(点头)
VO: Why this college?
Me: Santa Monica College is the NO.1 community college in transfering studens to other famous 4-year universities in california and about 10% studens in this college are international studens, so I can set up my own international network. The another reason is this college in Santa Monica, a city of california adjacent to Los Angeles on Santa Monica Bay. So I think it's a nice location.
(和我对视完毕后点头)
VO: How do you pay for your study?
Me: My parent will pay for it, they prepared about XXX,XXX RMB for my study.
(打字,不抬头)
Me: Sir, do you want to have a look at bank certificates?
(点头,抬头)
Me: (指存折)This is the history of bank book since the year of 2004. Money was transfered from this bank book to here and here.(指着两份定期,顺便把三份定期存单和证明全给他)
(VO看了存折和定期,并仔细翻看了日期和数目后打字,并点头说OK)
VO: What's your father's job?
Me: My father is the general manager of XXXXXX....It was founded in 1987, the products are mainly exported to japan.It's my parent's income certificates.
(两份在职收入证明全给他,父亲:XXX,XXX 母亲:XX,XXX)
(VO翻阅一下,打字)
Me: My mother also works at this company as a office director.
(点头并说OK,然后写字)
Me: My parent  also have two apartments, they value more than 1,000,000. Sir,would you like to have a look at house certificates?
(VO摇头并继续写字)
VO: What will you do after your graduate?
Me: I will come back to XX,XX, my hometown and set up my own company. My company will do garments export.As you konw, China is the largest garments export country and about 40% garments in American markets are made in China.The rate is still increasing year by year.
(一直对视,完后点头,并说"It's a nice plan")
VO: What about your toefl score?
(慌了,我是先过去读语言的,没考呢)
Me: (微笑)I didn't have a toefl test because I want to go to America the quicker the better and I will have my language classes in Santa Monica College first.
(递给他学校的录取通知,上面有写语言课程的事)
Me: You can find it from I-20.(并指给他看)
(微皱了下眉头)
VO: Do you have any relatives in the USA?
Me: No, I have a sister, she is 11-year older than me, she was married and has a 3-year old boy, a very cute one.
(我忘了说我姐姐也是在中国的,事后想他会不会认为我说的姐姐在美国,汗~)
(VO点头并打字)

然后VO就暴快,暴长的一段(我只听到information什么的,具体没听明白),接着就是敲章,我当时没反应过来,等我拿到护照看到拒章才恍然大悟,抬头想追问为什么被拒,结果发现VO不见了,我就等着,这时一老太太已在一旁,VO回来后见我仍站在那就挺奇怪的,于是我上去问"Why?",他指了指旁边的老太太示意我走开,我不肯走,他就当我不存在了...这时保安出现,无奈离开....

我觉得我的口语没什么问题,虽然没过语言,但我的口语还是不错的,就是慌的时候会没点逻辑,但他听的明白,而且我声音也比较大,而且有微笑,自信也不错,有时还有很多的手势,个人觉得是他不相信我是个好学生,特别是我没去上大学,又没把国内大学的录取通知书拿来,而且忘告诉他我的高考成绩在浙江的名次,其实还不错的,他可能认为我不是想去读书,可能社区学院毕业后去工作什么的,因为我没考语言,也没在上学,肯定认为我是个坏学生,至少学习很不好的学生,没有说服他我是去学习的理由.

我还想知道我的材料有没问题,毕竟VO最后说到了information,下次2000的时候更加可以完善下

Me: Well, I think this college is the one more fits to  me, there is old saying"Choosing a school fit your self is more important than to choose a good one".---这句话听起来明显是在背书,和VO是在交流不是在背自己准备的内容. 背诵自己准备的内容会让VO很反感.I think in Santa Monica College's 2-year study,I can prepare my transfering...如果你去这个学校就是为了要转学,VO可能会认为你没有明确的赴美目的.
(打断)---不想听你背书.

感觉你没有很好的解决去这个学校的原因.
回答时细节上欠妥,比如像在背,还有the quicker the better这种话,建议以后不要说了.
最后说到姐姐的时候可能让他误会.

个人觉得签证的核心是消除VO的误解，而你似乎没有关心语境就说你姐姐的情况，让他觉得你是去汇合的。
当然其他地方可以更主动的说出你的留学逻辑，附带上一些例子可能更好，不过lz还是准备的蛮好的

等于什么也没说，没有阐述出你赴美的必要性。如果你在国内读大学，两年以后一样可以转学。

怎么说呢.
你什么考试都没考,现在申请社区大学去,一旦说出要转学,转成4年本科.明显现在动机不存.
而且也没有去读社区大学的必要性.

还有,归国计划太不现实.开公司不是说开就开的,且不说你读完才是刚毕业的本科生.有家族企业的可以例外.
这个地方建议说成两部分.要说一个比较现实的short term goal....开公司可解释为long dream ...

这里也是严重失误...一直在提到一点.问什么说什么..只可适当解释..千万不要引来说到其他地方..

总的来说,VO给了你足够的机会(两三次解释学校,解释T成绩,而且基本所有常规问题都问到了),可惜LZ连续犯错误.很遗憾.
多看看版内的签经和点评,可能对你再签有帮助.
