That means the role of teacher in the process of learning should be a guide rather than a merely instructional educator. For instance, students who are interested in computer programme and prefer inquiring learning method would be quite excite and active in class when the teacher integrate the up-to-date computer technology in the teaching process and encourage their students to find problems and deal with the puzzles by themselves. In addition, the capability of absorbing information varies with different learners, which requires instructors to concern students respectively. In a word, it does an ideal principle that education should be tailored to cater the individual needs and interests of each individual and to some extent it can really promote the validity of education.

However, it is almost impossible for educators to exert such ideal implementation when it comes to the existent educational conditions. This point of view involves three vital reasons. For one thing, in order to satisfy every student's appetite, the teacher should design various instructional methods and spare no effort to take care of a whole class in teaching which means a totally tired and onerous work for them. Under existent condition, instructors , as normal human beings, have so limited time and energy to provide multiplicate teaching schemes and methods to meet everybody's demands. Ironically, such means might make teachers totally exhausted and thus have no ability to truly meet the needs of every student. Moreover, most if not all students have no capability to clearly realized their inherent interests or tastes. Take Google's current vice President Kaifu Lee for example. As a long-term junior student, Kaifu Lee was cultivated to prepare to be an attorney. He did not recognize his real interest in artificial intelligence until his study process as a sophomore. Finally, some unpractical and zealotic demands should not be satisfied, for it might exert some detrimental influence on the whole society. Therefore, it is unwise and dispensable for educators to specifically meet the individual needs and interests.

To be more comprehensive to evaluate the effect of the education, more elements such as instilling the spirit of unattached thinking, imparting positive outlook and values and strong responsibility for this society should be taken into account. The genuine goal of education is to provide a suitable and effective environment for every student and prepare them to be all-round people to contribute the society and nation in future. That is to say, education does not merely means the teaching in classroom. To cultivate students' responsibilities, educators should encourage their students to walk out of classroom and to experience the life and serve as volunteers for the community they located in. Also, instructors should be play as a guide to lead their students to realize what kind of values they really want and what they should get rid of. In addition, bringing up an independent thinking ability to social members would conduce to the growing up of a creative nation. In a word, truly effective education needs an association of meeting everybody's interests and other paramount factors.

In sum, I concede that as a principle to evaluate education, educators must fully consider about every learner's needs and interests. Nevertheless, such notion does not means that only when the individual needs are catered and satisfied should education be truly effective.
