38"In the age of television, reading books is not as important as it once was. People can learn as much by watching television as they can by reading books."

提纲：
       1.当今社会确实充满了多种的知识传播途径，电视以其直观性生动性最大程度的方便了人们使人们可以更快捷的获取信息。
       2.但是这并不意味着书籍就丧失了他的重要意义。在我们的日常生活中书籍依旧是最重要的传播知识的途径。
       3.而且好的书籍可以保存，任何时候你都可以去查阅。但是电视作为一个节目，制片人考虑的更多的是它的收视率，它的经济效益和投资成本等。思想和内容只是一方面。
In the 20th century, science has developed very well and scientists have invited many devices which lead to that the manners of people's lives have taken great changes which are obviously different from what in the old ages. The most influence invitation is TV. Many people spend hours on watching TV every day and they think they can learn as much as by watching TV as they can by reading books, so they feel books are not important than it was be. As I concerned, I still insist that it is book which is the most important tool to guide people to learn, to think; to teach people the knowledge what we need.

There are many other methods what can transmit information to people except books. TV is the representative one. Science it happen, it has been widely used and become more and more important in our daily lives. We can get the information about the world timely, quickly, and easily just through a TV set. The number of the TV programmes is so large that we almost can get what we want to know. On the other hand, TV is very vivid and intuitionistic that few people can not understand the content of the programmes. Some people who are illiteracy maybe not understand the content of a book, but he can easily know a TV programmes, and he will learn form that. TV is so convenience that people prefer to gain information by it.

But that does not mean book is losing its meanings. In this age, technological devices such as radio, television, motion pictures, tape recorders, computers, and CD-ROM devices are challenging books as means of communication. However, because books are so easy to carry and care for, they remained a primary means for dissemination of knowledge, for instruction and pleasure in skills and arts, and for the recording of experience, whether real or imagined. From books we can comprehend the world well from remote antiquity to the contemporary era, the fields of lore from humanity to science which are developed hundreds of years. A good book is a guider to tell us how to do when we meet barriers, to give us courage and to encourage us to go ahead; a teacher to instruct knowledge detailed. For me ,when I lose confidence of myself I will reading books ,thinking by myself .Books tell me that life is full of tribulation, only that person ,with faith ,enthusiasm, and willpower can get their success ; when I success in some aspect , I also like to read books ,they let me know I can not be proud of my contemporary success. In a word, books teach you how to learn how to think, how to confront with barriers and your future.

Additionally we can save all kinds of books for a long time and when we need we just search from them which won’t change by times. To the contrast, we can not save the TV programs without limitation. TV programs is just a show, the product should concern about its proportion of people who like to watch this programme, its economic benefits and its investment .For example last year one of my favorite programme which told the culture difference among countries did not broadcast again because the station can not get benefits from that. So any programmes can disappear without signal as a result we can not depend on form that we will learn a system of knowledge completely. Also it is not realistic to teach you the knowledge about mathematics, physics and so on .They are too abstruse that only a TV programme can not make you master this knowledge. Therefore books can instruct you more than what you can get from TV.

Can you imaging one day without any books. For me that was so terrible, every day we are communicate with books, we learn from it .TV is just a device for relaxing, the book is a tool to teach us, an indicator to guide us . All of the cultures are transmit by books, without books may be we are still stay at the same stage what our ancestors were.

个人觉得LZ的观点太绝对，另外第三段的论证力度不够，但是第四段讲到电视节目考虑收视率和制作成本的论点很好，我在写这篇作文的时候都没有想到。总的思路很清晰，但是里面有不少小错误。建议LZ再发的时候，之前在word里先改下。
