Actually, I had to thank all this to a Ame guy i met in cafe, he told me that it doesn't matter for me to send my appication on 1,jau, 4, jau, 15, jau, or even 29, jau, he told me it's OK as long as before the 31, Jau. he told me when he apply to universities, he hand his materials on 9th, feb, the results turned out that the school he hand materials on (th, Feb admitted him, and the school he handed on 31, Dec, denied him, see, it's OK:) :) :)

HE is now in charge of a digit co. ltd in Peking, and he graduated from Brown ( undergra), and finished his graduate edu in Dart.
