there is a school who told me that they won not give internationa lstudent any money, even one cent.
8 E9 [0 \# p2 T) Q/ u; q7 DBut after I sent my materials, they said it is OK, and they decided to broke the rules for me. They will grant me all the expenses covering tuition, fees, room and board, personal expenses and supply and even my flying tickets only IF I agree to registered on the selective services in that school. I asked the school that as an alien or unregistered forginer, I cannot registerd the selective services, Because only US ctizens or green card bearer can registered this services. The school said I can do so if the school request to the agency on behave of me. However, I have no interest at all to participated to this programme, I heard that is torrified to enroll in this selective services, So what should I do now? Should I simply told them that I don not want in and lost my money or tell them that I want in , but the fact is I don not want in.
