            2. no proof establish that the sharp increase in sales and the declination of the number of disgruntled customers has any relationship with the improvement of employees's interpersonal skills
3. Dickens maybe have effect on IMP ,but no proof support it will be effective the same

  42    ：  
    1.There are no sufficient proof to support that the foreign visitors arriving at the Bcity's main airport ,maked the statistics of passengers doubled , all come for the ecotourism. They may consist of the people who change planes and the ones come for the other destination like attending an international conference and so forth.
   2.About the 10 percent income increasement. No evidence is provided to support the it is the result of ecotourism developing . the author ignores the other facts ,like more investments , more fortunate oppotunities, solvement of unemployment , pull the economy .
   2*. the two facts above both are irrelated with the purpose of developing ecotourism.
   3.no words tald about the Pcity's self-resource. SO, unless the author can illustrate that the two city have a similiar type of resource , the Pcity should not use the Bcity's experience to develop the ecotourism , in order to increase its own economy .
   4.Even though all above the fallacy have been eliminated , the Pcity still should not appoint the B's National Tourism Office as a consultant .Because no proof to establish that the Bcity's officer is competent for the work in Pcity.The man maybe has no idea about the Pcity's situation like culture, environment , topography and so forth .

2.广场无犯罪不能说明别的地方就没有，局部不能概括整体

（1 ）要注意的是，自然界存在优胜劣汰，如果这个物种是被nature给abandon了，科学家花很大的力气拯救也是白搭，终究还是得绝种。
（2）如果是人为因素致使物种濒危的话，必须不惜一切代价拯救，要向大自然补偿人类的过错，要保持生物的多样性
3. 综上，要对人为造成的濒危拯救，自然选择的就拉倒，花大成本留着个活的博物馆没意思

1.保护环境确实需要资金，政府不能在这方面大量投入，招揽观光客是吸引资金的好方法
2.但是如果在操作环节上没有把握好的话会造成原有环境的破坏，环境会被认为破坏，而破坏的修复可能要花掉相对比投入更多的资金，还有更长的时间几十年甚至上百年
  
3. 因此要在发展与保护中寻求一个平衡，既要发展旅游招揽维护资金，又要注意保护，使环境不能被破坏
